Energy healing also referred to as Quantum healing is a process of transferring high vibrational energies that come directly from the Divine. We as practitioners are stewards who work with the Divine as emanations of this Light and we act as channels that link themselves with universal divine energy by raising our frequency and creating and holding sacred space for the healing of the person’s body, mind, and soul to take place.

Once your session is booked, you will receive an email or text with simple instructions on how to prepare for our session together. However, there is little preparation before our session with me. My team and I do all the work. We simply ask that you find a comfortable spot where you will not be disturbed, you can play soft music in the background and come in with an open heart. After our session, you will be guided on what steps to take next and a brief follow-up.  

Healing sessions consist of a 15-20 minute call via Zoom, where we can discuss which areas you desire assistance. The quantum healing is all done via distant/remote, once the healing session is completed, we have follow-up Zoom or phone calls to go over findings, clearings, etc with some recommendations.
